It all began back in 1968, when Phil Jergenson decided to create a pipe that did one thing perfectly—smoke the sungrown flower from the hills and valleys of the infamous Emerald Triangle. The first pipes were made in 1973 and sold on Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley. Proto Pipe settled soon after with a permanent shop in the small town of Willits in Mendocino County.

Five decades later, The Bohemian Chemist and Phil have collaborated on a fresh take for this iconic cannabis accessory.
